This is Baby Sinclair's Chair Back used during the Jim Henson Disney production Dinosaurs. It can be seen in season 3 episode 14 Out of the Frying Pan. I acquired this directly from a production crew member.

I will also include a certificate of authenticity from my company Reel Relics. I will never write a COA for anything that I'm not a 100% confident on.
