Mel Gibson "Fletcher Christian" Cream coloured felt waistcoat from The Bounty. Seen in the movie when Mel is wearing his navy long coat.

Vintage original cream coloured felt with 9 prop made metal anchor buttons. Adjustable lace up on back.

Constructed of felt with cotton lining. 40cm across when buttons done up. Has the internal Bermans & Nathans 40 Camden street London label reading, "Mel Gibson 050 Christian Bounty 3B ". Minor signs of age and wear.

Possibly a few blood stains too? In very fine condition for its 40 years of age. Seems to be on the smallish size so possibly been altered? - not 100% certain though. Can't see any new stitching or visible alterations inside.

Also comes with full a4 Bounty press pack with production notes, actor and director biographies, movie stills etc.
