Underworld: Rise of the Lycans Screen Used Lycan Moon Collar worn in Patrick Tatopoulos's 2009 Gothic action prequel, Underworld: Rise of the Lycans. Taking place before the events depicted in Underworld, the story depicts the origins of the feud between Vampires and Lycans as Lucian rallies the werewolves to rise up against their vampire captors. Moon collars can be seen worn by Lycan slaves as a means to prevent them from transforming into werewolves by use of silver spikes aligned at the neck. Made from rigid solid foam, this collar has been painted a rusted metallic color, while the four spikes at the front of the neck have been painted silver. Due to production use, this item exhibits minor wear to the paint, but remains in overall very good condition.
